Middlebury Man Charged with Custodial Interference
Police execute warrant issued by Waterbury Superior Court Saturday.

Middlebury police arrested Jeremiah Fedorich, 31, of Glenwood Ave., at his residence Saturday evening on an arrest warrant issued by Waterbury Superior Court for the charge of Custodial Interference, taking a child under 16 from their legal guardian or failure to return a child in accordance with a custodial agreement.
The arrest warrant was issued as a result of an investigation by Officer Alton Cronin that began April 16, 2013. Fedorich was transported to the Middlebury Police Department, processed and released on $5,000 bond with a court date set for May 6.
