Middlebury Man Improperly Installs Furnace Arrested: Naugatuck PD
The accused also didn't have the proper trade license to conduct the work, police said.

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Middlebury man is accused of installing a furnace improperly and without a license, Naugatuck Police said. On April 2, Joseph Reilly, 47, of Northwood Drive in Middlebury, was charged on an arrest warrant, police said. The warrant is for a violation of a trade license, police said.
Reilly removed and installed a furnace at the victim's home, police said. The furnace was not properly installed and during the investigation it was determined the accused did not have the proper trade license to conduct the work, police said.
Reilly was given a court date of April 11 and was released on bond. He is charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, violating state building code and performing craftsman work without a license.
