MIDDLEBURY -- According to a Friday, August 12, police report, Julio Mendoza, 53, of 67 Osborne Ave., Norwalk, was arrested for allegedly operating under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multi-lane highway.
Trooper Joseph Longo stated in the report that Mendoza was observed driving erratically on I-84 westbound at approximately 12:08 a.m., just west of exit 17 in Middlebury. He was issued a Wednesday, August 24, court date and a $500 bond.
