Middlebury Police: Disorderly Conduct, A Stolen Purse and Vandalism

From November 12 to 13, police dealt with arrests, a theft and vandalism.

 

Interfering With An Officer

Police reported the arrest of Richard Devino, 44, of 75 Upper Whittemore Rd., for interfering with an officer, at 11:42 p.m. Saturday, November 12.

The Middlebury Volunteer Fire Department requested back-up to 75 Upper Whittemore Rd. for a dispute in progress, according to the police report.

Officer Ron Pruchnicki, Jr. investigated.

Vandalism Occurred

At 8:52 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 13, Robert Bosco of 120 Tranquility Rd. reported a rock thrown at a light fixture in his yard. The light fixture broke as a result.

Officer Fred Marcantonio investigated.

Purse Stolen From Car

At approximately 2:15 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13, a car parked at a location on Middlebury Road was broken into, police reported. The window was smashed and a purse stolen.

Disorderly Conduct Arrest

According to police, Sharon St. Germain, 51, of 75 Lakeshore Drive, was arrested for disorderly conduct at  6:48 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 13.

Police received a call from Kenneth St. Germaine, stating his wife was being physically harmful to him.
