Middlebury Police Blotter: Parties Exposing Themselves, Shooting at Cats

A man shooting a BB gun at cats and a party exposing themselves after an incident highlight the Middlebury police blotter

Police received a call from Vivian Polci, of 1179 Christian Road in Middlebury, on Monday at approximately 9 a.m. saying after an incident that occurred the previous day a party exposed themselves to her.

On Monday at approximately 8:09 p.m. Rebecca Hare of 252 White Avenue in Middlebury reported seeing a possible harassment. Hare reported seeing a women standing next to a small two door vehicle yelling at the male operator, “don’t hit me.” Hare said the women then got back into the vehicle as it headed north on Whittemore Road towards Westover School. No plates were obtained on the vehicle.

Middlebury Police were called to Ford Automotive on 550 Middlebury Road in Middlebury on Sunday at approximately 5:48 a.m. for a report of two men arguing in the parking lot. Robert Ford made the call for police.

Stacy Evans, of 273 Porter Ave. in Middlebury, alerted Middlebury Police last Tuesday that her neighbor was shooting cats. Evans said she observed her neighbor, Bob Dawes of 273 Porter Ave, shooting a BB gun at cats in his yard.
