Middlebury Police Charge Man with Threatening, Breach of Peace

Investigation into complaint results in charges and $75,000 bond.

 

Middlebury Police arrested Donald Dyer, 31, with no current address, on April 15 on a warrant stemming from an investigation into a domestic violence complaint that centered on threats, according to police.

The warrant, issued by Waterbury Superior Court, charges Dyer with breach of peace in the second degree and threatening in the second degree.
