Middlebury Wife Accused of Stabbing Husband in the Neck During Argument: Report
The man was treated for an injury but did not require hospitalization.

MIDDLEBURY, CT — A Middlebury woman was charged with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief in connection with an alleged stabbing incident between her and her husband Sunday night, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.
Sharon Brunetti, 53, is accused of stabbing her husband during an argument at their home, according to police. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Monday; the current status of her case was not immediately known.
Both allegedly had been drinking, according to police. The victim reportedly was treated at the scene for a small cut on his neck but did not require hospitalization.
