Middlebury Woman Charged With DUI In Naugatuck: Police
Police said the arrest was made earlier this week.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A Middlebury woman is accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol in Naugatuck, police said.
Police said at 11:10 p.m. on May 17 officers were conducting a motor vehicle investigation on Meadow Street. During their investigation police said they determined Kelly Murphy, 31, of Townsend Street in Middlebury, was driving while under the influence and failure to signal properly.
She was released after posting a $500 non-surety bond and was given a court date of May 1.
