Missing Middlebury Resident: Police Seeking Assistance

Middlebury Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating William J. Dermody, a white male, 72, who suffers dementia on and off and takes several medications.

Neighbors saw him leave home, at 92 Joy Road in Middlebury, at about 9 a.m. this morning, Thursday, Oct. 6, according to a police report e-mailed from Lt. Richard Wildman tonight.

Dermody is operating a 2006 Volkswagen New Beetle in red, bearing the Connecticut registration 703RGV.
