Multi-Vehicle Highway Crash Leads To Serious Injuries In Middlebury: Police
The crash was reported Tuesday night.
MIDDLEBURY, CT — A three-vehicle crash on I-84 in Middlebury led to two people being injured, according to state police
The accident occurred at 8:34 p.m. Tuesday near exit 17.
A tractor-trailer struck a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado. The pickup truck was then forced into another tractor-trailer.

The pickup's passenger was taken by Lifestar helicopter to Hartford Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. The driver was also hospitalized with minor injuries.
Highway lanes were closed for eight hours as crews responded to the crash. Those lanes have since reopened.
