Multiple Injuries After Car Accident in Woodbury

A two-car accident on the morning of Sunday, Dec. 18, yielded multiple injuries, First Selectman Gerald Stomski told Patch.

The accident took place at the intersection of Old Sherman Hill Road and Route 64, near the Cornerstone Plaza.

One car was traveling on Old Sherman Hill Road and the other car was crossing Route 64, Stomski said. He said occupants from both cars were transported to St. Mary's Hospital and Waterbury Hospital.

The condition and name of the occupants are not known at this time.
