New Apartment Complex Proposed For Woodbury
The project is slated for Main Street North.

WOODBURY, CT — A four-building, 12-unit apartment complex has been proposed for 446 Main Street North in Woodbury, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.
Developers Tim Drakeley and Ron Wolff are proposing to build the complex, in which each building would house three units, on nearly five acres by the Nonnewaug River.
They recently presented the plan to the town's Inland Wetland Agency, and if that group signs off on it, the next step is the Zoning Commission.
