New Chinese Food Restaurant Opening in Woodbury

A Chinese food restaurant is set to open at the former location of Heavenly Gifts in Woodbury.

The Woodbury Zoning Commission, at its Jan. 8 meeting at the Senior Community Center, lent its support to the new business and asked the land use office to issue a change of use permit for the Chinese food restaurant.

Chairman Martin Overton noted the following details on the new business:

• Open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, seven days a week
• Closed on Thanksgiving
• Three tables present, mainly a take-out restaurant
