New Dessert Destination Opening Soon in Middlebury

Frozen yogurt fans in Middlebury and beyond will soon enjoy the sweet flavors of toasted almond, berry swirl and butter pecan.

A FroyoWorld sign was recently installed on the exterior storefront of its Middlebury location, sandwiched between the Dunkin' Donuts and 8 Fifty Wood-Fired Pizza.

So how long will it be before the new dessert destination opens? Late February or early March is when a grand opening will take place, said William Bok of the FroyoWorld Development Team.

Here's what you need to know about FroyoWorld:

• Self-serve frozen yogurt
• 8-12 flavors that change every month
• Up to 45 topics to choose from, from sweet to salty
