Obituary: Jane Campbell Coler, 93, of Woodbury

Jane Campbell Coler, 93, of Woodbury, died Sunday, February 19, 2012, at the River Glen Health Care Center in Southbury.

She was married for 37 years to the love of her life, William Bird Coler, who died in 1981.

Coler was born on February 15, 1919, in Binghamton, N.Y., daughter of the late Francis and Margaret (Miller) Campbell. She was an avid swimmer, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Coler is survived by three sons, Bruce Bird Coler of Bothell, Wash.; Todd C. Coler of Babylon, N.Y.; and Richard F. Coler of Woodbury, six grandchildren, three great-granddaughters and five nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her twin sister, Jean Campbell Velie.

Visitation: No calling hours.

Service: Funeral and burial will be private.
