Obituary: Josephine Miller, 93, of Waterbury

Calling hours and the funeral for Josephine Miller will take place on Friday, July 13. Miller leaves a sister who lives in Middlebury.

 

Josephine (Constantino) Miller, 93, of Waterbury, died Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at VITAS Unit at St. May’s Hospital. She was the widow of Edward F. Miller.

Miller was born in Waterbury on April 15, 1919, daughter of the late Leonard and Theresa Constantino. She was employed at Scovill Manufacturing Company until she retired.

She leaves, a son, Kenneth Miller and his wife Susan of Hopedale, Mass., and a daughter, Maryann Miller of Waterbury, with whom she lived, a sister, Carmella Varrone of Middlebury, three grandchildren, Adam, Kyla and Candace Miller and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Anthony Elia, Domenic Constantino, and Ralph Constantino, and her sisters, Mary Boroch, Rose Guliuzza, Mary Biondi, Frances Cortese and Bella Luco.

Calling Hours: 8:30 to 10 a.m. Friday, July 13, at Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury.
