Obituary: Laurette J. Theriault Judson
Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, at the Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home, 2 School St., Woodbury. Services will take place at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, at Munson-Lovetere. Burial will take place in Bethlehem Cemetery.

Laurette Jean (Theriault) Judson, 93, of Woodbury, died Tuesday, Oct. 25, at St. Mary’s Hospital, in Waterbury after several recent strokes.
She was the wife of the late Franklin H. Judson. Judson was born April 5, 1918 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Leon and Louise Theriault. She was the last surviving child of nine.
Judson loved to sing hymns, songs from the past and play the piano. A faithful wife and mother, she selflessly cared for her husband, five children, grandchildren and many others.

She leaves her son, Frank R. Judson; her daughters, Nanette and her husband C. Charles Scherer, and Bonnie Rose, all of Woodbury; Gail Manning of Vermont and Tammy Terrell of Northfield.
Judson was affectionately known as Nana to 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and her extended family. She lovingly opened her heart to many others who also referred to her as "Mom" and "Nana."

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to establish a fund to help defray the cost of a shared memorial stone for Frank and Laurette Judson's resting place.
