Obituary: Marie Reardon, 93, of Waterbury

Marie (Oricchio) Reardon, 93, of Waterbury died Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Abbott Terrace Health Care Center. She was the widow of Peter J. Reardon, Jr.

Reardon was born in Waterbury on June 15, 1918, daughter of the late Benjamin and Rose (Membrino) Oricchio. She was a graduate of Crosby High School, class of 1936.

She was employed as a Judicial Clerk for the City of Waterbury until she retired. Reardon was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church and a member of the Parents Association of .

She leaves a daughter, Rosemarie Reardon of Southbury; a daughter- in-law, Lucy Reardon of Watertown; two grandsons, Peter J. Reardon IV of Warwick, R.I., Patrick Reardon of Watertown; sister-in-law Margaret (Reardon) Baker of Waterbury and several cousins. She was predeceased by her son, Peter J. Reardon, III.

Funeral: Took place Friday, December 23, 2011 at Chase Parkway Memorial/ The Albini Family Funeral Home.

Mass: Blessed Sacrament Church

Burial: Calvary Cemetery.
