Mary Elizabeth Brezak, 95 of Middlebury passed peacefully on May 5th, 2018 at Brandywine Senior Living in Litchfield, CT surrounded with her loving family. She was the widow of John Edward Brezak and they were longtime residents of Middlebury. She was born August 9th, 1922 in Mount Vernon, New York, daughter of Alice (Marz) and Daniel Hatfield.

Devoted wife and mother for John, Janice and Aggie, grandmother for Tiffany, Audrey, Zoe and Luke and great-granny for Juliana.

We remember her for her love of sewing, crocheting and gardening. She touched everyone she met always eager to share her creations with others.

Calling hours will be on Wednesday May 9th, from 9:30 - 10:30 AM at Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home, 2 School St. in Woodbury. A funeral mass will be at 11:00 AM at St. John of the Cross Church, 1263 West St, Middlebury.
