Obituary: Michaelle Francis Hibbard

Michaelle Frances Hibbard, 51, of White Deer Rocks Road, died Friday, Oct. 21, at Waterbury Hospital.

Hibbard was born July 28, 1960 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Edwin A. and Sue (Bower) Hibbard. She resided in Woodbury for more than 20 years. She was a truck driver and was employed by J.W. Barry Transport in Danbury for the past five years and previously with Sippon Energy in Monroe.

She loved horses and both raised and trained them. Hibbard was a member of the Northwest Connecticut Draft Horse Association, the Yankee Draft Association and the Percheron Horse Association of America.

She leaves a son, Chad Aron King of Woodbury, two brothers, Michael G. Hibbard of North Haven and Arthur Hibbard of Southbury, her former husband, Charles F. King of Southbury and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Kelly Sue Hibbard.
