Patrons and employees in the area of LaBonne's Market were asked to remain inside or leave in pairs Tuesday night while police searched for a potentially dangerous suspect.
Just before 9 p.m. Tuesday, police came in to LaBonne's as they were closing down, asking if anyone had seen the man in a photo, market employee Laurie Paparazzo said.
"They showed us a picture of someone and asked us to walk out together for safety," she said, adding that no one in the store at the time recognized the man.
"We were fine," she said, and not overly frightened. "Just a little excitement in quiet Woodbury."
State police confirmed that the suspect was apprehended but have not released additional information.
