Pomperaug Girls Maintain High Soccer Ranking
Nonnewaug also jumped into the top 10 in the latest coaches poll.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Pomperaug High School has received the number four ranking in the latest poll of the Connecticut Girls Soccer Coaches Association.
The Panthers have opened the 2016 season with 11 victories and a tie, outscoring their opponents 44-5.
Nonnewaug High School jumped into the top 10 at number eight, winning its first nine outings. The Chiefs hold a 48-4 scoring advantage over their foes.
