Marijuana Charges at Pomperaug High School

Two Pomperaug High School students were caught with marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Friday, April 27 at approximately 7:10 a.m.

Alex Gracen, 19, of Southbury, was issued an infraction for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Another student, a juvenile, was issued a juvenile summons.

Car Stereo Stolen Outside Heritage Village Restaurant

Southbury police are investigating the theft of a car stereo from the parking lot of Friendly’s on Heritage Road in Southbury, which occurred on April 27 between 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Disorderly Conduct Charges for Southbury Residents

Robert Parken, 56, of Southbury was charged with disorderly conduct on Tuesday, May 1 at approximately 1:38 p.m. after Southbury police responded to an incident in Southbury.

Parken was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and appeared in Waterbury Superior Court on May 2.

Marisa Frohlinger, 49, of Southbury, was charged with disorderly conduct following a Southbury police investigation of an incident that occurred on April 28.

Frohlinger was released on $1,000 non-surety bond and appeared in Waterbury Superior Court on May 30.
