Proposed Dollar General Store in Woodbury Faces Obstacles: Report

WOODBURY, CT — A proposal to put a Dollar General store at 614 Main Street South in Woodbury is running into obstacles, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.

A former dump site near the property needs to be cleaned up, according to residents, a move that reportedly was promised by the partners developing the project.

Plans reportedly call for a building of nearly 10,000 square feet and a parking lot that could accommodate 60 vehicles.
