Region 15 Educator Named Connecticut History Teacher of the Year

SOUTHBURY/MIDDLEBURY, CT — LeAnn Cassidy from Memorial Middle School has been named the 2018 Connecticut History Teacher of the Year.

The award is presented annually by the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History, an organization dedicated to K-12 American history education
