Residential Burglary Reported in Middlebury
Forced entry was used and items were stolen from a residence on Park Road Ext. in Middlebury Friday.
Middlebury Police were summoned to Park Road Ext. in the vicinity of Three Mile Hill Road in Middlebury to investigate a residential burglary Friday afternoon.
According to Middlebury Police Officer Richard Wildman the burglary occurred sometime during the afternoon hours.
Wildman said the perpetrator(s) entered the residence by kicking in a rear door which is not visible from the street.
The perpetrator(s) stole a laptop computer, electric guitar, and a cigar humidor with assorted cigars.
The Middlebury Police Department is asking anyone who may have seen any suspicious vehicles or persons in the area during the daytime to call the Middlebury Police Department at 203-577-4028.
