Rob Kane Named "Legislator of the Year" by Home Healthcare Association
Sen. Kane was awarded the honor due to his leadership in promoting positive health outcomes for low-income and at-risk residents.

Sen. Rob Kane (R-Watertown) was named the 2015 “Legislator of the Year” by the Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home.
Based in Wallingford, the Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home represents nearly 100 Connecticut home health and hospice provider agencies.
Kane will be recognized as a champion for Connecticut families in need of healthcare at home and community-based settings. The organization will also note Kane’s leadership in promoting positive health outcomes for low-income and at-risk residents.

Kane will receive the honor during a 12:45 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, ceremony at The Hartford Marriott Downtown.
Kane represents Bethlehem, Bridgewater, Middlebury, Oxford, Roxbury, Seymour, Southbury, Washington, Watertown and Woodbury.
