The
Washington Art Association is pleased to present, “Artist Choice: Works
Selected by Robert Andrew Parker”, an exhibition representing 40 artists
exploring a rich variety of media, techniques and styles opening on July 5th
and running through July 27th.
Robert
Andrew Parker’s sixty plus years as a successful, professional artist give him
a broad understanding and appreciation for an artist’s unique voice. Parker’s
experience in gallery exhibitions, set design for opera and film, and book
illustration informs this idiosyncratic collection of art from talented artists
he has admired through the years.
From well
known international artists to lesser known talents, Robert Andrew Parker has
applied his discerning eye to select thought provoking, unusual and fascinating
work that goes beyond the expected.
