Sacred Heart Parish in Southbury Donates to Acts 4 Ministry, Inc. in Waterbury
Members of the Mustard Seed Fund of Sacred Heart Parish donated $1,500 to the ongoing, year-round mission of the non-denominational Acts 4
Acts 4 Ministry, Inc. in Waterbury was generously awarded funds from the Mustard Seed Fund of Sacred Heart Parish Southbury dedicated to support local area charities, scholarships and parish activities.
Lisa Fox (right), parishioner of Sacred Heart Parish and supporter of Acts 4 Ministry recently met with Sarah Elizabeth Carabetta, Acts 4 Ministry Executive Director, at the non-profit’s 1713 Thomaston Avenue retail center and donation storage facility to present the $1,500 award to help Acts 4 Ministry purchase mattress sets and coverings for individuals and families who have lost their homes and possessions to multiple unexpected circumstances.
