Some Pomperaug High School Students Feel Parking Fees Too High: Report
Officials say the money is used to cover expenditures in the budget.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Some students at Pomperaug High School think paying $250 a year for a parking space is too much, NBC Connecticut reports.
“Everyone thinks it's a lot of money to pay for a parking spot,” said senior Matt Wynne, via NBC Connecticut.
Local school officials told NBC Connecticut that paying for parking spaces goes back a decade and the $250 fee has been in effect since the 2013-14 fiscal year.
