WOODBURY, CT — Sue Piel, a 24-year veteran of the Woodbury Public Library, has been named the facility's new director, replacing the retiring Pat Lunn.
Piel was unanimously voted to the post by the Woodbury Board of Selectmen last week, reports the Waterbury Republican-American. She had been acting director for about a month.
Among her first priorities will be finalizing the annual report, and finding her own replacement as adult services librarian.
