Vehicle Driven by Southbury Man Crashes Into Woodbury Church
Police recently released information about the incident that occurred Sunday.
A Southbury man crashed his car into the Woodbury United Methodist Church on Sunday, the Republican-American reports.
According to the paper, Manuel Gesh, 86, drove his 2012 Hyundai Sonata east in the Church’s parking lots driving over a small stone wall, through a flower bed before striking the building.
Gesh was not hurt although his vehicle sustained heavy damage to the front end, the paper reports. The church’s foundation was not damaged.
