Waterbury Man Arrested for DUI in Middlebury

State Police arrested a Waterbury man for driving under the influence in Middlebury, Tuesday.

Police responded to a report of a stopped vehicle outside of exit 17 on I-84 and found Luis Guncay, 30 of 223 Wood St, Waterbury parked off of South street.

Guncay failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without the minimum insurance and driving with a driver's license violation.
