The Watermark at East Hill Announces New Associate Executive Director

David Schupack appointed Associate Executive Director for Southbury senior living community

The Watermark at East Hill is pleased to announce the recent promotion of David Schupack to Associate Executive Director for the senior living community, located at 611 East Hill Road in Southbury.

As Associate Executive Director, Schupack is responsible for overseeing the operations of all branches of the community to ensure smooth management systems, outstanding amenities and services and an extraordinary lifestyle for residents.

Schupack initially began working at The Watermark four years ago, working part time for the Dining Services Department while he completed his Master’s degree Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Organization. In addition to Dining Services, he has also held positions within The Watermark in the business office and as a dietary aide.

“Over the years David has had experience in nearly every service and division of our community,” said Connie Haworth, Executive Director of The Watermark at East Hill. “He brings a great deal of knowledge and enthusiasm to his new role, and we look forward to his continued involvement in enhancing the lives of our residents and associates.”

In addition to his role as Associate Executive Director, Schupack also hosts a monthly “Men’s Breakfast Club” for residents and is an instructor for iPhone and iPad workshops and classes at the community.

“I am very excited to take on the new challenge of Associate Executive Director and look forward to continuing to work with our associates to make sure our residents continue to grow, learn and thrive at The Watermark,” said Schupack.

In addition to his Master’s degree, Schupack also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration, both from Springfield College.

A native of Southbury, Schupack currently resides in Beacon Falls where he lives with his dog, a Beagle-mix named Arthur.
