Here's the latest forecast and what you can expect on your evening commute home.

A winter weather advisory and hazardous weather outlook is in effect for the area until 6 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, according to the National Weather Service.

Meteorologist Gil Simmons said the steady snow will likely leave the area around noon. He reminded everyone to be on the lookout for ice.
