“Wellspring has continued to hire smart, caring people from our local communities who want to help provide hope and healing,” said Daniel Murray, Psy.D., Chief Executive Officer. “As a major employer in Bethlehem and the Northwest Hills, Wellspring and the Arch Bridge School is very lucky to have a truly great staff, who stay committed to our mission of building relationships to nurture, educate and heal. Staff turnover remains very, very low here, as the people who come to work for us see the great value in helping people change their lives.”

Since beginning in 1977 with fewer than 15 employees, Wellspring has grown to a staff of approximately 140, of which 50% have been with Wellspring for five years or more. Wellspring has three employees who have been with the organization for over 35 years and four employees of over 25 years, seven employees of over 20 years, 10 employees with over 15 years of service, and 22 employees with over 10 years as of this past December.
