What's Your Style? Woodbury Workshop Taking Place March 22

An interactive workshop on Personal Communication Styles will be held on Sunday, March 22, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Mattatuck Unitarian Universalist Society at 122 South Pomperaug Ave. in Woodbury. This is a non-religious event open to the public. Participants will learn about the different personal communication styles that exist and how they contribute to both conflict and compatibility in relationships.

Led by Professional Coach Maureen Moreau, CCF, CUG of Woodbury, the workshop includes discussion, lecture, group and individual exercises. It features a self-administered assessment on Personal Communication Styles (PCSI) that identifies an individual’s preferred way of giving and receiving information, making decisions and taking action which helps in understanding why we get along with certain people and not with others. Tips on ways to achieve better relationship outcomes while being authentic and sincere will be covered.
