Woman Charged After Disturbance at Maggie McFly's

Middlebury police were dispatched to Maggie McFly's Restaurant on Woodside Ave. on Saturday for reports of an unruly person said to be yelling and screaming obscenities at the patrons and employees.

Police later located Zara Khan, 32, of West Main Street, Niantic, walking near Yale Ave. and Foster Street. Khan was charged with breach of peace and transported to Middlebury Police Department.

She was processed and released on a written promise to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on May 14.
