SOUTHBURY, CT — Kenneth Miller, 32, and Jayme Elizabeth Miller, 31, of Raccoon Ridge in Woodbury were charged with breach of peace for <a href="http://www.rep-am.com/news/news-local/2016/10/17/couple-arrested-after-argument-outside-restaurant/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">screaming and allegedly grabbing at each other</a> outside of Señor Pancho's on Main Street last Friday, the Republican-American reports.   The incident occurred after 11 p.m. and officers could hear the arguing coming from their nearby police station.   <a href="http://www.rep-am.com/news/news-local/2016/10/17/couple-arrested-after-argument-outside-restaurant/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">For more details read the full Rep-Am account here.</a>
