Woodbury Fire Dept Officially Shows Brandnew Rescue 3 Firetruck to Board of Finance

Board Approved $830,000 Cost

Woodbury – The Woodbury Fire Dept officially showed its brandnew Rescue 3 firetruck to the town Board of Finance on Thursday evening August 27th, five years after board approval of the $830,000 order. Rescue 3 replaces a 30-year old truck that will be sold by sealed-bid auction starting September 15th.

The Board also viewed a six minute documentary about the department put together by Firefighter Raphael Sbarge. He previously won professional kudos in an Emmy Award for a video about the Watts area of Los Angeles.###
