Woodbury Man Allegedly Assaults 11-Week-Old Baby
Benjamin Marshall was arrested in March 2015, after an incident that allegedly occurred in June 2014.
An 11-week-old baby was brought to St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury on June 28, 2014, by Woodbury resident and father Benjamin Marshall and mother Rachel Miller.
The baby suffered from bleeding in the brain and a fractured, skull, WFSB 3 reports.
Marshall was arrested on the following charges:

- First-degree assault
- Risk of injury to a minor
Marshall was reportedly released on a $50,000 and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, April 6.
