From car accidents to a reported burglary, it's all in this week's Woodbury police blotter.

Alleged DUI in Library Lot
Susan Leach, 48, of 3 Summit Court, Woodbury, was arrested at 2:11 p.m. Friday, June 29, for Connecticut General Statute 14-227a: operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor or drugs or while having an elevated blood alcohol content.

Leach was reportedly attempting to park her car in a parking space adjacent to the Woodbury Public Library. Police said she struck a legally parked car belonging to Gina Marucci, 589 Main St. South, Woodbury.
After police interviewed Leach, she was arrested on the above charge and a misdemeanor summons was issued. There were no reported injuries and minor damage to both vehicles occurred.

Two Car Accident on Main Street South
Hermos Calli Fabian Toledo, 24, of 36 Davis St., Danbury, was issued an infraction for operating a car without a license, after a 12:40 p.m. two-car accident on Saturday, June 23, on Main Street South.
Also involved was Jane Blaurock, 84, of 258a Heritage Village, Southbury. Blaurock was given a written warning for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
In the car with Blaurock was Lewis Gross, 83, of 413b Heritage Village, Southbury.
Blaurock was southbound on Route 6 when she reportedly failed to stop in time after Toledo stopped in the southbound lane ahead of her due to traffic and struck the back of Toledo's car.
There were no reported injuries.

Reported Home Burglary
Between Friday, June 22, and Sunday, June 24, an unknown person entered an Apple Gate Lane home and stole electronic equipment, according to the Woodbury Police Department.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Woodbury Police at 203-263-3400.
Officer Stephen Tokarz investigated.
Following Too Closely Results in Accident
Susan Springer, 70, of 401 Old Woodbury Rd., Southbury, was given a written warning for following too closely after a 3:10 p.m. two-car accident on Friday, June 22, on Route 64.
Also involved was Britt Erickson, 31, of 280 Middlebury Rd., Watertown. In the car with Erickson was Charity Alaburda, 36, of 85 Aetna St., Naugatuck.
Springer reportedly struck the rear of Erickson's car when Erickson was attempting to make a right turn onto Old Sherman Hill Road.
There were no reported injuries and both cars were driven from the scene, according to police. Officer Jody Rockhill investigated.
Driver Falls Asleep, Hits Pole
Jarrina Patwary, 37, of 215 Riverside Rd., Sandy Hook, reportedly fell asleep when she was driving on Route 6 at approximately 1:37 p.m. Friday, June 22.
She drove off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole, police said. The damage to pole and car were minor. Patwary was not injured and was given a written warning for restricted turning, according to police.
