Woodbury Police Report Arrest in Burglary Case
The arrest stemmed from an incident in September 2011.
According to the , Andrew Yale, 23, of 113 Mill Rd., Woodbury, was arrested on Monday, Feb. 13, for the following charges:
- Burglary in the third degree
- Larceny in the fourth degree
- Three counts of conspiracy to commit burglary in the third degree
Yale was issued a $75,000 bond and a February 14 court date.

Following a recent motor vehicle stop, the operator was found to have a valid arrest warrant for the above charges, stemming from a September 29, 2011, burglary.
