Zoning Permit Approved for Next Occupant of Dottie's Location in Woodbury
Dottie's diner will be moving from its current location and a new tenant has not been identified yet.

The Woodbury Zoning Commission instructed its staff on Tuesday to issue a permit that would allow a future replacement of the space currently occupied by Dottie’s Diner, the Republican-American reports.
The commission approved the application from J.M. Scott Associates on the condition that the new occupant would not constitute a fast food restaurant under zoning regulations.
Property Manager Dianne Swan told the paper the new occupant would not make any changes to the building’s exterior and the parking and hours of operation would remain the same.

Swan told the paper she had begun to be approached by possible tenants as early as July and was not sure who would be occupying the space.
Dottie’s is moving to the new Woodbury Green South shopping center next month.
