City officials also dedicated the William R. “Bobby” Outten Building and honored longtime parks supporter William “Bill” Falasco for their deep contributions to Harrington’s community life. 
• Former Delaware police officer indicted on seven rape charges (wboc.com) — A former Delaware police officer who lives in Harrington has been indicted on seven counts of second-degree rape after a State Police investigation into multiple alleged victims. Prosecutors say incidents span from 2014 to 2025, and investigators are urging anyone with information or possible victimization to contact Delaware State Police or Delaware Crime Stoppers.
