1st Graduating Class of the CSD Leadership Academy

Congratulations to the Inaugural Graduating Class of the CSD Leadership Academy!

The Christina School District is thrilled to celebrate a major milestone: the first-ever graduating class of the CSD Leadership Academy! This achievement marks the culmination of a year-long professional learning journey, designed in partnership with the Region 4 Comprehensive Center (R4CC), to cultivate the next generation of exceptional school leaders.

The Leadership Academy is a comprehensive program dedicated to empowering leaders from various employee groups and schools to elevate their leadership skills and prepare for future leadership positions within the district. Through a rich curriculum, participants have delved into topics such as:

* Uncovering leadership strengths, core values, and exploring emotional intelligence
* Applying the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSELs)
* Building a high-performing leadership team
* Making informed, difficult decisions
* Engaging in courageous conversations
* Developing instructional leadership expertise... and more!
