February 6, 2026, National Wear Red Day® is the icon day of American Heart Month.
On the first Friday in February, join us by wearing red to help raise awareness about heart disease – the number one cause of death for women – and share important information about keeping your heart healthy.
We can help the women we know, and love lower their risk for heart disease by building healthy habits and learning lifesaving skills supported by the science of the American Heart Association.
Wear RED with Christina this Friday to be seen, to be counted, to be heard, and to make a difference. Together, we are stronger than heart disease and stroke.
