Wilmington City government offices will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2021, for the Labor Day holiday.  As a result, the Department of Public Works’ Sanitation Division will collect recyclables on a modified holiday schedule:

  • Monday, September 6: HOLIDAY/No trash collection
  • Tuesday, September 7: East of I-95 trash collection
  • Wednesday, September 8: West of I-95 trash collection

Collection of recyclables will continue as regularly scheduled on Thursday, September 9 for areas east of I-95 and on Friday, September 10 for areas west of I-95.
