Wilmington’s Department of Public Works has repaired a water main break that occurred yesterday on Lea Boulevard between Pine and Market streets. Given that the break may have impacted water quality for a small portion of customers in the immediate area North of Lea Boulevard from Market Street to Governor Printz Boulevard, the City issued a precautionary boil water advisory for residents and businesses. That order has now been lifted and no problems have been reported by customers. The City apologizes for any inconvenience. A copy of the order lifting the advisory order is included below.
