Delaware Department Of Transportation Announces Temporary Closure Of Walnut Street In South Wilmington From April 13

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has announced that starting at 6 a.m. on Monday, April 13th, there will be a temporary two-week right lane closure on South Walnut Street between the 76ers Fieldhouse on Garasches Lane and “A” Street. The lane is scheduled to reopen at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 24th.

The lane is being closed to allow for the relocation of a City of Wilmington water main. Variable message boards will be posted in the area to notify motorists of the upcoming lane closure.
